Cheer Tumbling:
Skill level is
determined by a coach during a C1 class...

Ages 6-18.
Girls/Boys who are working basic skills up to back handspring
Cheer Tumble-2: Ages

Girls/Boys independently performing a standing back
handspring & roundoff-BHS
Cheer Tumble-3: Ages
6-18.
Girls/Boys independently performing a round-off, two BHS & working tucks
Cheer Tumble-4:

BHS, tuck; working layouts/full
Private Squad/Class:
Private Lesson: Schedule a 30 or 60 minute private to receive that
personal attention.

Private Class for squads:
Must be set up by a coach & min of 10 girls (reduced rate)
Coach can determine what is worked - stunts, tumbling, jumps etc...
Stunt Privates-
Four girls, working basic through advanced stunts (all girl & coed)

THE GOAL:
To offer a Christian based semi-year round (Aug-May) competitive All-Star
cheerleading program for girls ages 7-18 from beginner through advanced levels.
THE PLAN:
August-October 24th, 2010
Just show up... you do not need to be invited or call to reserve a spot!
To offer FREE Sunday practices from 2-4PM for all girls ages 7-18 that are
enrolled in a class with VGCD. This time will be spent working motion,
dance, jumps and mainly stunting. All girls interested in becoming a WILDCAT
needs to attend EVERY Sunday. This gives us and you time to figure
out who is serious and who "just want to wear the skirt" Tumbling will be
worked during a 1-hour cheer tumbling class during the week.
